A student must not share account access, login credentials, class links, recorded videos, PDFs, notes, exams, or any other course material with another person.

EdGenie may monitor user activity, device usage, login behavior, IP address, and access pattern to prevent unauthorized sharing or misuse of course access.

If any user is found sharing, recording, reselling, distributing, or misusing course content, EdGenie reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban the account with or without refund.

Course Policy

One course cannot be transferred to another course after purchase unless EdGenie approves it.
Course access cannot be transferred from one student to another.
Fake name, fake account, or misleading information may result in account suspension.

Course payment is generally non-refundable.

Payment Policy

No Refund Policy

EdGenie provides digital educational services. Once a student purchases a course or service and receives access to any live class, recorded class, PDF, note, exam, digital material, or learning resource, no refund will be provided.

Refund may only be considered in exceptional cases such as duplicate payment, payment deducted but course access not provided, wrong course access due to technical error from EdGenie, or course cancellation by EdGenie before access is provided.

If any refund is approved under exceptional cases, it will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

Delivery Policy

For online courses and digital services, access is usually provided after successful payment confirmation.

If EdGenie provides any physical product, printed material, book, or educational package, the estimated delivery timeline will be:

Inside Dhaka: Within 5 working days
Outside Dhaka: Within 10 working days

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, natural disasters, political unrest, incorrect address, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Users must provide accurate delivery information during order placement. EdGenie will not be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect name, phone number, or address provided by the user.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on EdGenie, including but not limited to live classes, recorded videos, PDFs, notes, exams, questions, answers, graphics, images, logos, website design, software, text, audio, video, course structure, and other learning materials, are the intellectual property of EdGenie or its authorized teachers, partners, or content providers.

Users are not allowed to copy, record, reproduce, download, distribute, modify, sell, resell, upload, publish, share, or commercially use any EdGenie content without prior written permission.

Any unauthorized use of EdGenie content may result in account suspension, legal action, or other necessary measures.
